These terms govern your use of the Taoran Ceramics website and your purchase of products from us. Taoran Ceramics is a trading name operating from London, United Kingdom. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.
Every Taoran piece is handmade. This means natural variations in colour, size, glaze pattern, and texture are not defects — they are the hallmark of handcrafted ceramics and part of what makes each piece unique. We describe our products as accurately as possible, but due to the nature of handmade items, your piece may differ slightly from product photography. Dimensions are approximate and stated to the nearest centimetre.
All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel orders if stock is unavailable or if pricing errors occur — in such cases, you will receive a full refund. Payment is taken at the time of order.
We ship within the UK and to selected European countries. UK standard delivery is £3.95 and is free on orders over £60. Most UK orders arrive within 2–4 working days. International delivery times and costs vary and are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, postal strikes, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
You may return any unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at hello@taoranceramics.com with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Taoran Ceramics. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission. Product photography may be shared on social media with credit to @taoranceramics.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Taoran Ceramics shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by UK law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
